Pls note we offer 2 kind of postage as below:
1. Free shipping by registered air mail, which normally takes 10-22 business days.
2. Expedited shipping by express EMS/DHL/UPS courier, which takes 5 days arround to arrive..You can add item into cart and proceed, on the checkout page, you will be able to select country and enter zip code to get a quote of freight..
I just checked for you, if you order 1ps, the expedited shipping cost to your country New Zealand is USD12.99.
Pls also note due to the Xma's hot season, there might also be a minor delay on the delivery.

Item price Shipping time Communication Hello. bought your mininetbook (7" Green WiFi mini computer laptop Netbook NPC400) and I`m happy with it. But recently I`m having some problems with it. It`s not starting anymore, all I see is black screen, but power LED is on. Reset button is not working. When I press power button near display, power led is switching on, but screen is all black. All I can do is switch netbook off. I think, sending it back is no good, cos I voided the warranty sticker on the back, so it means I have no longer a warranty for it. So I kindly request you to send me a link for files to do recovery of operating system, if possible. Thank you. Krystian Frel manlim@live.ie

So sorry to hear you have met a problem with your item, after checking with my colleague, we recommend you to follow below steps:
Pls note we offer 2 kind of postage as below:
A. Could you pls click the "reset" button (you can use a stylus or something like that to click it, which is on the back of the netbook).
B. I have uploaded the restoring firmware to below link, could you pls download it:

Can you download the firmware from this link?
1. Pls create a new folder named "script", then pls uncompress the file I sent you to this folder..
2. Pls copy the "script" folder to a SD card and insert to your netbook.
3. Pls restart the netbook, then system will start to updating..
4. When updating finished, you will have a menu,(some might be in Chinese this time), and screen tip " pls remove SD card and restart your computer".
5. Pls remove SD card and re-start..
