Thanks for your attention on DracoTek.com and your inquiry.
Regarding your questions, I am regret to inform you this item is based on economic Windows CE OS, and features with only 300MHz CPU and 128MHz RAM, the netbook is economic designed for a starter, and if you want to use 3G modern on it, make sure your 3G moderm support Windows CE platform..As far as we know there is few 3G moderm works on WinCE..
This item support wifi or RJ45 for internet though.
We would like to recommend another economic model but based on Windows XP and 1.2G CPU, 256M RAM, which you can use it like normal computer, and works with external 3G modem:
