Shipping time Communication Item price This is an update on my previous comment/review.
I had a problem with the original tablet but have to say the service response from the Dracotek team has been truly excellent.
These tablets are simply excellent value for money, the display quality is excellent as is the build quality. Setup is a breeze, connecting up to my wireless network in just a few minuted. The unit performs really well and the ICS interface is very slick compared to previous versions of the OS.
If you are concidering gettinga tablet I would have no hesitation in recommending getting one of these units, the price and after sales service being just perfect.

Communication Item price Shipping time After firmware upgrades, this tablet is a great value for the money. A better buy then the nook or kindle. About the same size as the kindle and kindle cases fit it. Ice cream sandwich still lags a bit on it but it was much worse before ainol just recently upgraded the frimware. Do some research, there is a android 2.3.4 for this tablet which is blazing fast but some users report issues with sound afterwards. Overall, compared to coby kyros and pandigital and similar tablets in it's price range, this tablet wins. Ainol is a top notch company, not some cheap tablet maker (Posted on 3/13/12)

Communication Item price Shipping time Placed my order for this tablet and received it just over a week later, in the UK.
The tablet looks and feels very good and just the right size.
After first switching on I have, however, discovered the display appears to have a dead space which is apparent when using the on-screen QWERTY keyboard, finding that the 'R' button on the keyboard doesn't respond. In order to be able to enter any test I have to use the tablet in 'Portrait' mode if I want to type anything with an 'R'/'r' in it!!
I have emailed the sales team and hopefully I will get a response and help in either getting the keyboard to work or replacing the unit.
I will post a follow up review once I hopefully get some correspondence back from the team,
