Q: I want to remark my order on DracoTek.com is a dropship order, please ensure that the products will arrive at my customers' place without your company information?

I have placed my dropship order, and my customer does not know from where the item come from correct?

A: Thank you for using DracoTek.com as your dropship business supplier. If your order is for dropshipping, pls feel free to contact us, our service representitive will be happy to assign your account into "dropship customer group" on system, therefore, your future order on DracoTek.com will be handled specially, without our company information on package, and of course, if you want to display your company and your name on package.

However, this is for courier (expedited shipping service) only, because only courier like DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS will request to include invoice. For example as below:

If your order is shipped via air mail (free shipping), donot worry, there will be only 2 simple paper on the package.

One is showing sender's returning address (our forwarder's address, for unsuccesfully delivered item return),

Another one is CN22 custom declaration form. There is no company information on both of the paper.
