Our factories have their own quality control processes, but we don't only take their word for it. When products come into the DracoTek warehouse we have a special quality control team who are dedicated to confirming the products are correct, in perfect condition, and working perfectly.

But sometimes things can go wrong... that's why we back all our products with a 12-month guarantee.
If, unfortunately, the product you bought from DracoTek.com seems to have a problem,

• I receive a wrong item
• My item doesnot have function which it should have on arrival
• My item is missing some parts or accessories on arrival
• My item is dead on arrival

Pls submit us a ticket or email us with your order number and product model. we will solve your problem as follows

1. We'll confirm the details of the problem with you.
2. Sometimes we can solve the problem for you without needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, resetting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory. In the case of more complicated products such as Projector or Security Camera Systems we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.
3. If problem cannot be fixed, a return will be required. We'll pay for your postage via paypal so you can use the money to ship us the item.
4. When we receive the returned item, we'll send out the correct item at no additional charge, or give you a full refund.
5. If you want a replacement immediately, you should create and pay for a new order for the correct item, and when we get the returned item from you we will refund you for it.
