What if the product does not arrive? | |
•The package is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you. | |
DracoTek will re-send the goods or give a full refund. Actually such situation are very rare, perhaps 1 in 5000 shipments, when using courier services. Please note confirmation of such cases can take some time, normally at 30-60 days for air mail, 7-15 days for express service. | |
DracoTek is based in China. We are a Chinese company. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country's customs are concerned. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country. As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. | |
•An Air Mail parcel has not arrived after a long time. | |
DracoTek will give a full refund after the delivery deadline has expired. These situation are rare, and if this ever occurs, we will inform you of the delivery deadline for your package, which will be 30-45 days depending on the region. If you are dropshipper you will be advised to create a new order for your customer in the meantime. | |
•A express delivery arrives missing some items or packets, or in damaged condition. | |
In such situation you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. With the correct documentary proof through the courier company reporting process, DracoTek will re-send the goods or give a refund. | |
•A shipment is delayed, returned back, or seized by Customs | |
If the Customs issue or delivery failing was your responsibility, you are liable. If the failed delivery was due to mis-handling by DracoTek, you will receive compensation when the case is resolved. | |
