After we dispatch your goods(this process normally takes 1-2 business days), we will email you a tracking number and the courier we used (depending on your email preferences), or your tracking number will simply be displayed in your DracoTek account when you log in.

How long should I wait to get my order?

Before your order is shipped, DracoTek has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests(this normally takes 1-2 business days). Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

If your order is shipped with free air mail parcel, shipping time normally could takes 7-22 business days around (depend on different country) to arrive final destination.
If your order is shipped by express service (EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX), it could take 3-10 days (depend on different courier and different country) to arrive final destination.

Tracking Says "Delivered;" Package Not Received

If your package was processed through a local post office or courier, tracking details may say 'Delivered' once it arrives at the carrier's facility, but it is possible to take 1-3 days to arrive at your address.

If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't have the package:
1. See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household or company members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
2. Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
3. Check your mailbox. Smaller items or items in soft packages are likely to be delivered there.
4. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
5. Contact the courier: Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.)
